Clarke-Rajchel Engineering
Clarke Rajchel Engineering is a small boutique family owned chemical engineering company located in Laramie WY and Arvada CO. We started out as a two person operation with just Marcus and Victoria working on personal engineering projects on the side. Eventually Marcus and Victoria were able to make CRE their full time job, focusing on only projects they felt passionate about. When Sydney and Olivia both graduated with degrees in chemical engineering, it was a natural fit to bring them in to the family business. Together we as a company all agree that the most important work that needs to be done is on technologies that benefit both the environment and humanity. Therefore we are committed to developing technologies that benefit the community and the environment.
THE TEAM
Marcus Rajchel
SENIOR CHeMICAL ENGINEEr
Marcus is a senior chemical engineer with more than 30 years of experience. He got his bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of North Dakota, as well as a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Saint John’s University. He has vast work experience including plant start up, automation programming and chemical process research and development.
Victoria Clarke
Head of finances
Victoria is head of finances. She got her bachelor’s degree in math from University of Illinois and her bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of North Dakota.
Oliva Rajchel
JUNIor CHeMICAL ENGINEEr
Olivia is a junior chemical engineer. She got her degree from Colorado School of Mines and graduated December 2016. She has work experience in plant start up and training of plant operators.
Sydney Rajchel

Sydney is a junior chemical engineer. She got her degree from Colorado School of Mines and graduated August 2016. She has work experience in plant start up and training of plant operators.
Wyatt Earp

Wyatt is our company emotional support counselor. He takes his job seriously.

Annie is our chief of security. She only takes her job seriously when she is awake.
